MS Lync crashes every 30 mins

Me – “My Microsoft Lync client now crashes every 30 mins since the last update was installed”
Co-worker – “It’s that bad ?”
Me – “It’s a big improvement over previous version which was not able to connect to conference calls at all”.

Realisation: At what point did technology become acceptable when crashing and exiting every 30 mins is an improvement.
